Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session.

d. Lesson Conduct

We expect respectful behavior during lessons (online or in person). Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension from further sessions.

5. Merchandise Sales

Our online store may offer merchandise for sale such as band apparel, albums, or music accessories.

a. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing.

b. Shipping

c. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for physical goods that are unused and in original condition. You must contact us before returning any item. Digital products (e.g., downloads) are non-refundable.
